I.Promotion Framework

1. Promotion Duration and Offer Validity:The “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee” promotion starts at 9:00 BST on April 27th, 2021 and ends on the earlier of:
   1) 24:00 BST on October 31st, 2022; or
   2) when the stock of 1,900 units of Promotional Goods (as defined in clause 4 below) is depleted.
   
2. Eligibility:
   1) The “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee” promotion is open to all adults aged 18 and over who are resident in Great Britain.
   
3. Delivery terms for the “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee” promotion are as follows:
   1) The standard two-day delivery for the purchase of a single box of the Promotional Goods in mainland Great Britain is subject to additional fee payable by the buyer.
   2) The express one-day delivery is not included in the promotion and is subject to additional fee payable by the buyer.
   3) Delivery outside mainland Great Britain is not free of charge.
   
4. ‘Promotional Goods’ means a single box of Immunity Defence containing 30 chewable tablets.
   
5. The “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee” and the respective money back guarantee is not applicable to any other product of Hello Day than to the Immunity Defence Promotional Goods, as defined above in clause 4.
   
6. By participating in this promotion, applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Hello Day reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
   
7. Hello Day will not accept any responsibility for lost, late, ineligible or incomplete claims. Incomplete claims will not be processed.
   
8. Hello Day reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion.
   
9. Hello Day’s decision is final and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into.
   
10. Hello Day’s money back guarantee does not affect and is in addition to the buyer’s statutory rights and is subject to standard terms and conditions.
    
11. This promotion is governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

II. Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee Participation

1. The buyer has to register on the Hello Day website www.hello-day.com
   
2. The buyer has to make an online purchase of the Promotional Goods in order to benefit from:1) the “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee” (money back guarantee) subject to further conditions stated below in the section “III. Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions for Refund”,
   
3. For the avoidance of doubt, the “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee” (money back guarantee) offer is only available on one unit of the Promotional Goods to be used once per buyer and per household,
4. “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee“ is not available in conjunction with any other promotions.

III. Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee Refund

1. The “Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee” (money back guarantee) offer and refund is only available on one unit of the Promotional Goods to be used once per buyer and per household. No bulk or third party claims will be accepted.
   
2. The money back guarantee request must be filed by the buyer via his/her individual account on the Hello Day website www.hello-day.com.
   
3. The buyer must return at least one intact and sealed blister pack containing 15 chewable tablets (i.e. half the content of the Immunity Defence box which forms the Promotional Goods) in its original packaging to Hello Day by regular postal mail in order to be eligible for the money back guarantee. The buyer must ensure that tamper evident seals on unused products are not broken (other than the one tried) as only the sealed products can be refunded.
   
4. The cost of the return postal mail shipment will be paid by Hello Day provided the buyer uses the Return Mail Voucher which the buyer will receive with the Promotional Goods. Hello Day cannot be held responsible for lost returns, caused by the buyer’s choice of carrier. Hello Day therefore recommends that the buyer sends the goods back using the Return Mail Voucher provided by Hello Day.
   
5. The money back guarantee return claim will only be considered and processed by Hello Day if filed within 28 calendar days from the buyer’s receipt of the Promotional Goods from Hello Day.
   
6. The latest date for filing a money back guarantee refund claim for purchases made on the last day of the promotion (i.e. on October 31st, 2022) is November 30th, 2022.
   
7. The money back guarantee refund will be made to the bank or the credit card account with which the buyer made the original purchase of the Promotional Goods.
   
8. The money back guarantee refund might take up to 14 days starting from the date on which the buyer receives an email from Hello Day confirming receipt of the returned Promotional Goods and that the buyer has satisfied the money back guarantee refund criteria as set out in these terms and conditions.
   
9. The amount of the money back guarantee refund will be equal to the promotional price actually paid for the Promotional Goods i.e. 24 £ / unit. The initial delivery cost paid by the customer will not be refunded. Only the cost of the return will be paid by Hello Day.

IV. Feel Better Satisfaction Guarantee Steps for Refund

1. If the buyer is not satisfied with the result obtained from using Immunity Defence for seasonal relief and wishes to make a money back guarantee refund claim, he has to follow the refund claim steps described below:
   
2. Log in to his/her account on the Hello Day website www.hello-day.com..
   
3. Go to the Promotional Goods (Immunity Defence) order and click on the “FEEL BETTER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE” tab. This latter step has to be undertaken no later than 28 calendar days from the buyer’s receipt of the Promotional Goods from Hello Day following which Hello Day will send an email to the buyer confirming whether or not the buyer’s claim is eligible based on the 28 calendar days’ calculation.
   
4. The buyer has then to download the form that will appear online, print and complete it. Any illegible or incomplete form will automatically invalidate the refund claim.
   
5. The buyer must then securely pack at least one intact and sealed blister pack containing 15 chewable tablets (i.e. half the content of the Immunity Defence box which forms the Promotional Goods) Day with the completed form in the original packaging, and affix the Royal Mail return label provided with the order.
   
6. The Buyer can then deposit the parcel at any Royal Mail Branch post office.
   
7. On receipt of the returned Promotional Goods, Hello Day will inspect the returned Promotional Goods and, if satisfied that they meet the money back guarantee refund criteria as set out in these terms and conditions, Hello Day will send an email to the buyer validating the refund claim. The money back guarantee refund might take up to 14 days starting from the date on which the buyer receives such email from Hello Day. If Hello Day is not satisfied that the returned Promotional Goods meet the money back guarantee refund criteria as set out in these terms and conditions, Hello Day will send an email to the buyer refusing the refund claim.
