Mood & Energy Balance

I buy this for my son. He's 15 years old with ADHD. I find her has less jittery energy when he takes this product.

I feel less sluggish and I don't feel the need to reach for either a sugary snack to perk me up or caffeine. I don't exactly jump out of bed in the mornings, but I do feel more prepared to face the day!

I found the Vitality Balance supplement very beneficial for a busy lifestyle and it helped to alleviate the extra tiredness I experience due to the menopause. It seemed to help with hot flushes too, maybe because of the magnesium. I also noticed that my mood swings were decreased and I felt more contented. At this time in my life, the Hello Day tablets made a welcomed change! I was so pleased to try them as they made a difference and I was very skeptical at first, it's great that I can buy something that works for me.

I kept a diary and have quite a set routine, particularly during the working week so any changes were more easily noticeable. After the first 72 hours I felt less tired in the afternoons and more alert for longer in the working day. I wasnt reaching for caffeine in the afternoons after two weeks of taking the supplement, which is quite new for me. I also noticed that I felt quite a bit calmer and less stressed at really deadlines of my week, from the beginning of week two.I would certainly say I did feel less stressed, but if I were describing the feeling overall it would be calm and more balanced, so have found that I was able to concentrate on the tasks of the day without getting unnecessarily absorbed in one particular issue. So yes, this has had a positive impact on my overall productivity and I´m not sure if this is symtomatic, but I had a feeling of being very organised as a result of this.

Taking this to helped with my moody moods. I get so crabby this time of year. Screw the Gilmor Girls and all that, Autumn is not my vibe. Its dark and cold and this this product has helped me to stay cheery and delightful... can't you tell.

Vitality balance is a lovely product from Hello Day. I have found that the natural combination of ingredients helps to calm my nervous system and also deliver a steady release of energy.

Since taking Vitality Balance I haven't experienced the 'MIDDAY SLUMP' my energy levels have stayed balanced . There's no feelings of overactivity in my body and no sicky feeling after taking in the morning.

Looks like other people have had the same experience with this product. I'm finding it really glum at the moment with the awful transition into autumn -wet, grey, cold, blaw. But your product is certainly helping me get through these days. I don't think I have ADHA but I certainly feel my energy drain at this time of year.

I found this product really helpful. I was having dips in my energy for no apparent reason, so I tried this product and it helped stabilise my energy. It didn't give me any energy (I think someone else mentioned that point too) but it helped me keep my energy throught the day.

These really aren't instant but I certainly feel they have helped me feel less tired.

I get a nice bit of energy from this product. Not crazy like coffee, but it gets me through the afternoon.

You said it was subtle and so it was. I didn't find it gave me energy, but I did find I was less tired by the afternoon. I guess I'll never be a person who bounces with energy at 67 years old, but I did see an improvement in not being so tired.

This is an enjoyable product. I think the second box worked better than the first box but maybe it takes time to kick-in? It has certainly given me a boost.
