General information about shipping

Orders placed before 12 pm are normally dispatched on the same day. Dispatch days are Monday to Friday. Any order placed during a bank holiday or weekend will be prepared and shipped on the following working day. You will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel, so you always know when to expect your products. Next Day Deliveries are not guaranteed by the carrier, they will do their maximum to deliver within 1 day but it may not always be the case.

Shipping to UK Mainland

2-3 days Tracked Delivery is FREE for all UK addresses on orders over £49

2-3 days Tracked (Hermes) -> £5.56

Next day Tracked (DPD) -> £9.50

For Other UK Destinations

Northern Ireland: 3 to 5 days tracked -> £9.50

Highlands and offshore islands: 3 to 5 days tracked -> £11

For EU Destinations

All EU Countries: International tracked service (up to 6 days) -> £17 to £30 depending on destination

Orders to the European Union are exempt from U.K. VAT on our website, but customs fees, administrative fees, and local VAT will be applied in the receiving country. If you want an estimate of the final cost at delivery, an online customs calculator may be helpful to check before making your purchase.

Any other destinations

US/CA: International tracked service (up to 10 days) -> £30 

Switzerland: international tracked service (up to 6 days) -> £27

Returns

Can I return my products?

Yes you can return your product(s) if your order was placed for a delivery within the UK.

  • Contact you WBM for your returns, otherwise please contact customerservices@hello-day.com providing your full name, email address and order number.
  • You have 14 days to return your product(s), after the delivery date (for Immunity Defence – check the T&C’s on the product page).
  • Unopened, unconsumed, undamaged products only will be refunded, the initial delivery cost will remain at your charge.
  • The shipping cost of the return will be at your charge with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be responsible if the parcel is lost on the way.
  • Upon reception, we will check the products and if they comply with the above listed conditions we will process the refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.
