  • What is the best way to take the Spring Box? I understand that it is a two-month concept?

    Our Spring Box is a two-month treatment programme. For best results to prepare your body properly for Spring, we recommend you follow our guidelines: Month 1 - Take one capsule of Vitality Balance each morning. Continue for one month. Dilute one sachet a day of Digestion Detox in a small glass of water, and take during lunch. Repeat for 21 days. Month 2 - Your body is now ready to progress to stage 2 and start these two other treatments. Each morning, take one tablet of Vegan Omega 3. Depending on your diet, this is one product you may wish to consider on an on-going basis as Omega 3 is so important. Dilute one sachet of Circulation Activate a day in a glass of water and take before dinner. Repeat for 21 days.

  • Can I buy individual products from the Spring Box?

    Yes, all products from the seasonal boxes are also sold separately. The seasonal boxes are a great way to discover your personal favourites, which can be taken year-round.

  • Why is your Spring Box a two-month supply of supplements?

    Our seasonal boxes are designed to help you minimise the challenges associated with seasonal change, which tends to be the most difficult period of the season. Our two-month programme is usually enough to help support your body and mind during this transition. If there is a particular product you really like or feel you need longer-term, you can order it separately.

  • Why do you have an energy product in your Spring Box?

    Spring is a transition season, when we are coming from the semi-hibernation wintry months into the longer energy-packed days of summer. Our body may require more energy to ‘reawaken’ and make that transition.

  • Why don’t you include your natural allergy solution (Immunity Defence) in your Spring Box?

    Our seasonal boxes are designed as a generalist approach to seasonal change. We’ve included four products that will help everyone. Immunity Defence is not included as not everyone suffers from seasonal allergies. If you need a natural allergy relief product, you can get our Immunity Defence and take it as needed.

  • Why do you include an Omega 3 in your Spring Box?

    Over the winter months, people tend to eat heavier comfort foods (e.g. pies, Sunday roasts) which are usually higher in saturated fats and omega 6. Too much omega 6:3 is inflammatory and too many saturated fats may increase cholesterol. Introducing an Omega 3 (Brain & Heart Maintain) may help to rebalance the omega 3:6 ratio and it is good for overall heart health. Depending on your diet, taking an Omega 3 supplement might be a regular consideration for you.

  • How should I take your powder supplements?

    Our sachet powders are super versatile. They mix well in both room temperature and hot water. They are heat resistant and make an exceptional fruit tea as each powder has a wonderful flavour. They are delicious in freshly squeezed juice or as part of a smoothie. (We have some great smoothie recipes, just ask our customer service for them.) You can also mix them with your greek yogurt or your porridge oats. Adapt them to your lifestyle.
