Vitality Boost Juice Recipe

To get off to a good start, stock up on both mental and physical energy with this multivitamin cocktail combined with the stimulating effects of carrot, apple, ginger and lemon. 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sachet Vitality Boost 
  • 2 carrots (150g) 
  • 1 large organic apples for juicing (150g)
  • 1/2 organic lemon for juicing
  • a touch of ginger (about 3g – or more to taste) 

 

METHOD

  • After having thoroughly washed your hands, thoroughly wash, peel, re-wash and cut the carrots, apple and ginger. 
  • Blend these ingredients together along with the lemon juice and the Vitality Boost sachet (pre-diluted in 150ml water) 
  • Depending on your desired texture or whether you used a juice extractor, you can also sieve just some or even all of the mix in order to be left with just a smooth juice.
