Sprayable and breathable essential oil to fight against autumnal viruses (sanitise and purify the house or nasal cavities), encourage relaxation or increase alertness.

As a dry inhalation, Black Spruce essential oil attacks viruses found in the nasal cavities at the start of a cold, encourages relaxation during moments of stress, increases alertness when suffering from fatigue.

This method is in fact very simple and only the following is necessary:

  • Put one to two drops of essential oil onto a tissue.
  • Bring the tissue towards the face without touching the skin.
  • Breathe in for three to four times.
  • Repeat this several times per day, or as needed.

As a wet inhalation, Black Spruce essential oil gets rid of viruses during a cold or soothes a cough. It encourages relaxation before falling asleep and increases quality of sleep.

This method is not recommended for those suffering from asthma or chronic/severe respiratory conditions.

It’s important to closely adhere to the recommended amounts and to stay at home for at least 45 minutes after the inhalation.

  • Pour two to three drops of essential oil into a bowl of boiling water (or inhaler)
  • Bring your head towards the bowl and close your eyes.
  • Breathe in the steam whilst keeping your eyes closed. This is to be carried out during the day (once or twice if possible), or in the evening before going to bed.

When diffused, Black Spruce essential oil clears the air by getting rid of micro organisms responsible for autumnal and winter infections, leaving a pleasant odour. It also encourages relaxation when under stress.

This essential oil is suitable for all types of diffusers, whilst also respecting the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Important:

Essential oils can contain allergens and are not recommended for those suffering from seizures.

Essential oils should not be ingested unless otherwise indicated by a health professional.

Certain methods are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women (dermal route, oral route, wet inhalation).
